Helping our kids develop into healthy, happy, and pain free adults

Meet Jane

As a fellow parent, I understand that you want the best for your kids; that you might have questions about how to support your child’s development and well-being; that you may worry about their milestone achievement, and that you can sometimes feel completely overwhelmed by conflicting information.

Whether you have questions related to your child’s gross motor development or your child has been given a diagnosis, with over 10 years of pediatric physiotherapy experience, I’m well equipped to answer your questions and help your child and family meet your goals.

I value child and family empowerment, education, and early, simple access to pediatric physiotherapy care.

My goal with SHINE is to provide the highest quality of care and information to allow families to achieve THEIR goals and feel they have the tools and knowledge to support their child’s well-being.

How We Can Work Together

  • Individualized Physiotherapy

1:1 Pediatric Physiotherapy Assessment + Treatment. Each session is designed to allow enough time for your questions and concerns to be addressed. It is my goal to provide comprehensive and individualized care and education so that you feel confident with the recommendations and programming to support your child.

  • Baby + Me Physiotherapy Groups

Are you looking for information and strategies to support your baby’s well gross motor development? Program offerings include Early Floor Time, Rolling + Sitting, and Crawling. These groups are intended to be a welcoming and safe environment where parents and caregivers can interact with their baby, other parents and a physiotherapist trained and experienced in the promotion of early motor skills.

  • Community Education

Does your organization or group support children? Are you looking for consultation or informational presentations to help support the gross motor development of the children that you work with? My goal is to share reliable pediatric physiotherapy information at a community level in order to empower those working most closely with our children.
